An antique Chinese late Qing Dynasty figural amulet pendant hand carved of pale green jade, most likely Hotan or Hetian. The pendant depicts a fragon among swirled clouds engraved with detailed patterns and decorated with pierced-through elements. Completed with a braided cord featuring beads. The Hotan region is the main source of the nephrite jade used in ancient China. Circa the late 19th century to early 20th century. Unmarked.
