Comprises an eight-pointed radiant star with a central 1914 Iron Cross, featuring a Cross Pattee with an iron core within a ribbed frame. The center of the Iron Cross bears the initial W, representing the ruling monarch, and the six oclock arm displays the reinstitution date 1914.
