A mid-20th century ironstone china tableware set by Masons, a renowned English company established in 1813. Ca. 1940s. A total of 7 items, 5 dinner plates, a lidded tureen, and a ladle. Cobalt blue transfer-printed decor in Vista pattern, wine leaf ornaments and multi-figure scenes. Scalloped rims. Each piece except for the ladle is hallmarked on the bottom: crowned Masons mark, Patent Ironstone, 2 Vista, England, Guaranteed Permanent and Acid Resisting Colours.
