Very large antique English Creampetal porcelain tableware set by Grindley. An elegant dinnerware set with a classic design, including a large number of plates of different sizes and depths, six cups, a milk jug and two tureens. The entire service has a subtle cream floral pattern around the edge. Each item has the Creampetal Grindley England makers mark on the bottom. W.H. Grindley and Co. was an English pottery company that made earthenware and ironstone tableware. Founded in Tunstall, Staffordshire, England, in 1880 and was in business until 1991.
