A Russian Neoclassical gilt silver paper knife or letter opener in the style of a Roman gladius sword. The blade is decorated with embossed flower and arrow motif, as well as ruby cabochons. The handle is set with lime green guilloche enamel. Figurative finial represents a wolfs head with ruby eyes. Hallmark of 84 silver standard and makers mark are on the blade. Total Weight: 92 grams.
