An antique Russian silver handled tea glass holder with cut crystal glass. The holder is decorated with engraved floral and scrolling foliate designs on the body. Hallmark of 84 silver standard and makers mark on the base. Weight without glass: 93 g. Podstakannik is a Russian handled holder for a drinking glass, or stakan, usually used for hot tea.
