An antique Chinese hand carved white jade stone sculpture of a walking foo dog, Chinese imperial guardian lion.The relief figure has a massive, dense body with a wide mane and tail. The figurine comes with an individual carved wooden stand. Foo dog is a Chinese imperial guardian lion, which were originally installed only at the entrance to the imperial palace, but over time they spread everywhere and are especially associated with Buddhism.
