Thure de Thulstrup, American, 1848 to 1930, colored lithograph showing the Battle of Fredericksburg, fought December 11 to 15, 1862, in and around Fredericksburg, Virginia, in the Eastern Theater of the American Civil War. Signed in print. Circa 1886. Matted and framed. Thure de Thulstrup was a leading American illustrator with contributions for numerous magazines, including three decades of work for Harpers Weekly.
