A five-color lithograph after the cover of Derriere le Miroir, issue 164-165, designed by Joan Miro. The piece represents an abstract composition with a bird and artists surname. The backside bears another abstract image and marked: Aime Maeght, directeur gerant, Printed in France, Copyright 1967 by Maeght Editeur. Aime Maeght was an influential French art dealer, publisher, and collector. Joan Miro, 1893 to 1983, a Catalan Surrealist painter. Derriere le Miroir was a French art magazine published from 1946 until 1982 by Aime Maeght, a prominent French art dealer and founder of Galerie Maeght. The issue 164-165 came out in 1967 under the title L Oiseau Solaire, L Oiseau Lunaire, Etincelles. Unsigned, white mat, wooden frame. Collectible Modernist Graphic Art, Wall Decor.
