A Russian 88 gilt Silver and enamel Easter egg case or box. The case is separated into two halves and opens to reveal a gold washed interior. The exterior is covered with Guilloche enamel in a Ruby red shade. Presented with a Silver stand mounted on three figural legs designed as chicken legs featuring engraved detailed patterns. marked with a Silver standard hallmark, and a makers mark inside.
