Lot 0260: RUSSIAN 88 GILT SILVER PEARL GARNET STONES KOVSH IOB

A Russian 88 silver kovsh. The traditional shaped kovsh is adorned with a curved handle and encrusted with a cabochon cut garnet gemstone and a Baroque pearl. The kovsh is also set with a garnet gemstone on the front. Features a gold washed interior. The borders are adorned with a relief pellet design. Hallmarked with an 88 Imperial Russian silver standard and other Russian hallmarks to the bottom. Presented in a fitted wooden case with a clasp.
