Edited by I. Astapov. Published by Combat Pencil, Boevoi Karandash, Artist of RSFSR, numbered 3185, M 16934 3.07.80, one of 3056, Leningrad, 1980. Marked and copyright in the print, lower right and to the center. Boevoi Karandash is a creative association of Leningrad artists who produced propaganda posters and collections of satirical drawings in the middle of the 20th century. This phenomenon of mass art is often referred to as such. Fedor Nelyubin was a famous graphic artist, illustrator, poster artist.
