A vintage oil painting on a board by Weisser. Circa second half of the 20th century. The painting depicts a conventional non realistic city landscape using impasto painting techniques. The two white boats in the foreground bear the inscriptions: True Love on the left and Load on the right. The building behind the boats says Harts Bait. Framed. Signed by the artist lower right. Fine Art, Wall Decor And Collectibles.
