The card depicts a view of the City Hall Municipal Building in NYC. The backside is painted with an abstract composition with faces, buildings, and crowns. Dated late 1970s. Kingship was a prominent theme in graffiti culture, to call an artist a king meant recognizing the power of his talent. The crown image references hierarchies within New Yorks graffiti movement.
