A handcrafted ancient vessel from the Wari culture. Across the entire surface of the conical shaped vessel there is a rhythmic pattern of black and red stripes and dots. The Wari were a Middle Horizon civilization that flourished in the south central Andes and coastal area of modern day Peru, from about 500 to 1000 AD.
