A Russian 88 gilt silver letter opener knife. The gilt silver blade is decorated with chiseled floral patterns on both sides, set with rubies and diamonds. The handle is covered with red guilloche enamel and surmounted by a figural top modeled as three dogs heads set with rubies as eyes. The lover rim is set with a row of diamonds.
