Boris Solotareff, Russian, 1889 to 1966, pencil, watercolor and gouache painting on paper depicting a double portrait of a woman and a man with a halo. Signed lower right. Circa the 1920s. Matted and framed. Boris Solotareff was a Russian painter. He was active in Munich, Switzerland, and France, but spent the majority of his career in New York where he became a naturalized American citizen in 1949. Solotareff made use of a variety of styles.
