An antique Belgian Toulet Excelsior clock for pigeon racing. Circa 1910. This clock was used to record the serial number, which corresponded to the band on the ring on the pigeons leg. The clock was then used to record the time of departure and the time of return. Antique And Unusual Collectibles.
