A set of five World War II silver plated stainless steel forks from the Nazi German Waffen SS officers canteen. A total of five items. Each handle is adorned with an embossed scrollwork motif on the edges. Each fork has an etched Waffen SS inscription on the handle. Marked with a 90 silver proof hallmark, and other marks, on the backside of the handle of each piece. The Waffen SS was the combat branch of the Nazi Party's Schutzstaffel organisation.
