The covers are decorated with light blue guilloche enamel and overlay decor set with diamonds, amethyst and garnet cabochons. The obverse represents garlands, the Imperial eagle and date 1613 referring to the Romanov dynastys accession to the throne. The reverse presents a stylized monogram AVV.
