Oval shape, featuring an elaborate floral rim decor, partly covered with green guilloche enamel, the Imperial eagle and garlands overlay are set with diamonds and cabochon cut garnets. The coat of arms-shaped picture window presents a portrait of Russian Emperor Nicholas II. The frame is mounted on a footed stand with Neoclassical decor.
