A pair of Rosenthal hand painted porcelain plaques with winter landscapes. Both plaques are made in blue tones, have a similar style and form a set. One of the items depicts a fawn on a hill in a coniferous forest. In a gilded relief frame. There are holders for wall mounting. Marked on the backside with the Rosenthal logo and inscriptions Germany Kunstabteilung Selb Handgemalt. Rosenthal is a German manufacturer of porcelain products and other household goods. The original firm was founded in 1879 in Selb, Bavaria.
