A pair of German Meissen miniature porcelain bowls or open salt cellars. The bowls feature identical floral designs with blue and gold accents and come in one set. On the back of both bowls there is a Meissen makers mark with two crossed swords. Circa the first half of the 20th century. The Meissen manufactory was created in 1710 in the German city of the same name, the mark of the swords is reportedly one of the oldest trademarks in existence.
