An antique Japanese enamel over brass vase. The vase has a globular shaped body and a tall neck. The ware is enameled with a polychrome image of a dragon surrounded by a swirl motif made in the Cloisonne technique. The neck and the base are adorned with scaly and geometrical ornaments made in the same technique. The neck of the vase is inlaid with a Goldstone. Unmarked. Circa: early 20th century.
