A Prehistoric, Early Bronze Age hand carved flint stone in orange tones, a double-edged Axe dating from the Dagger period in Denmark circa 2400 to 1000 B.C. In the late Neolithic period the flint workers achieved very high technical standards. This large, heavy and in excellent condition Ax from the East coast of Denmark can be included among the finest examples of the flintworkers outstanding skills at the end of the Stone Age.
