A large antique Meiji era Japanese Arita Imari porcelain Dorabachi bowl The piece is hand-painted with Imari decor, floral ornaments in iron red and cobalt blue and depicts a mythical karashishi lion among flowers to the center. Dorabachi is a shallow bowl with a steep edge. Late Meiji or early Taisho period, circa the late 19th or early 20th century. Marked on the bottom.
