A Russian silver picture frame. Art Nouveau shape with enlarged rounded corners. The piece is decorated with polychrome Pan Slavic cloisonne enamel ornaments and set with cabochon cut garnets. The backside of the item is lined with blue velvet. Hallmarked with an 84 Russian silver standard, George the Victorious for Moscow and other makers hallmarks.
