A mid-20th century American smoking pipe by Marxman. Carved bowl with erotic motif, hallmark The Four Hundred on the side. 14K yellow gold band, marked 14K. Polished wooden stem. Marxman was an American pipe company active from 1934 to 1953. The Four Hundred was Marxmans best series, with designs by well-known North American sculptors.
