The magazine is richly illustrated in color with the late artworks of contemporary Russian artists. The texts are in German and Russian, typed in pre-reform Russian spelling. Zhar-ptitsa or Firebird is a magical creature from Slavic mythology, the captor of the bird is said to get his wishes fulfilled. Second. Monographic brochure about Andrei Ryabushkin by A.A.
