Col. Victor F. Schmit. Completed with a provenance letter for artwork, United States Army, signed by Lt. Col. Victor F. Schmit. Max Ernst was a German painter, sculptor, printmaker, graphic artist, and poet. A prolific artist, Ernst was a primary pioneer of the Dada movement and Surrealism in Europe. One of a kind artwork.
