The obverse features the Small State Emblem of the Russian Empire in the center, above the imperial crown there is a six pointed star, under the left and right paws of the eagle the initials of the mintzmaster PS Pavel Stupitsyn, the year of issue 1813 to the left and right of it are six pointed stars below, the inscription, Coin, on the left edge of the coin, the denomination Ruble indicated on the right edge, a rim of dots, along the edge of the coin. The reverse is adorned a jagged rim along the edge of the coin, an imperial crown in the center, under it the inscription Pure, below the word Silver, below it 4 Gold, below 21 Shares. A laurel branch on the left along the edge, an oak branch on the right, the branches are connected and tied with a ribbon at the bottom, above it is the designation of the St. Petersburg Mint S.P.B. above it is a straight line.
