An antique Chinese, late Qing Dynasty, Famille Verte hand enameled porcelain vase. The vase is adorned with images of dragons over waves surrounded by floral, foliage, and scrollwork motifs. The neck is decorated with a hand enameled foliage pattern, and cobalt blue borders. Circa: late 19th century to early 20th century. Green family Famille Verte uses a range of transparent green enamels that dominate the other enamels, most often red, yellow, aubergine, underglaze cobalt blue, until the end of the 17th century, and enamel blue from the beginning of the 18th century. The decoration of the Green Family really appears at the beginning of the Qing dynasty, 1644 to 1911. Antique Asian and Oriental Porcelain Vases, Table Ware, Home Decor, and Collectibles.
