A Russian Soviet era badge of the School of Secondary Police Commanders, 1928-1930. The badge is a diamond covered in blue enamel with an overlaid sword and two crossed torches. In the center is a shield covered in red enamel with a crossed hammer and sickle. The ribbon at the bottom with the red enameled letters RSFSR. Screwback design, marked on the back: Haberdasher Factory No. 3. Soviet Medals, Badges, Military Awards And Historical Memorabilia For Collectors.
