A Russian 84 gilt Silver and enamel Easter egg case. The case is separated into two fastened halves. A gold wash interior. The exterior of the egg is enameled with polychrome floral and intertwined patterns made in the Cloisonne technique. The egg is adorned with figural images of dragonflies, encrusted with Ruby stone eyes, and manufactured in the trompe loeil technique. Marked with a standard Silver hallmark, and other Cyrillic and Assay marks, inside. Total weight: 295 g. Russian Silver Jewelry, Table Wares, Home Decor, and Collectibles.
