An antique Russian Orthodox travel icon of St. Theodosius of Chernigov. The mixed media icon with egg tempera, gesso, and levkas on a wood board. The icon is overlaid with an 84 gilt Silver oklad or riza, adorned with chased and engraved detailed patterns. Inscribed in Church Slavonic, lower to the center.
