A Russian 84 gilt Silver presentation egg case. The egg is covered with Guilloche enamel in a cobalt blue shade, adorned with overlay decorations, scrollwork and foliage designs, images of a crown, Sphinxes, on the sides; and an Imperial double headed eagle, a date 1913., on the top. The exterior of the case is encrusted with Diamonds, Ruby stones, and an Emerald stone, on a clasp. Mounted on a base. The base is adorned with openwork and engraved floral and scrollwork motifs. The base is mounted on four legs. The egg is completed with a Crystal glass figurine, inside. The figurine is made in a shape of a swan, decorated with a cut glass design, and Ruby stone eyes. Marked with a standard Silver hallmark, a makers mark, and other marks, on the bottom. Presented in a wooden case with a clasp. Total weight: 226 g.
