Private Collection Huntington, Long Island NY. John MacWhinnie Water Mill, NY. Private Collection Pacific Palisades, California. Presented in a wooden box with an opening part. The box is inscribed, Pollock, dated 1941, and numbered 17. Jasper Johns is an American painter, sculptor, draftsman, and printmaker whose work is associated with abstract expressionism, Neo Dada, and pop art. He is well known for his depictions of the American flag and other common objects and signs, such as targets, maps, letters, and numbers. One of a kind artwork.
