Each frame is hand machined by a skilled woodworking specialist. The frames are solid walnut with four openings on the reverse side for the three Battram authentification markings and personal markings. Each tile is marked with label 7402 La Femme Authorized by the Estate of Picasso, copyright Spadem Paris 1976, and an ink fingerprint, an impressed stamp, and numbred, 1413, on the backside.
