An antique Russian Orthodox icon of Saint Nicholas of Mozhaisk the Wonderworker. Mixed media painting: egg tempera, gesso, and levkas on a wood board with kovcheg. St. Nicholas is shown as a protector, standing in a frontal pose with arms outstretched. In his left is a model of the city of Mozhaisk. Titled in Church Slavonic, upper to the center.
