An important and highly collectible antique Chinese Beehive water pot. The pot is porcelain, featuring a domed body and short waisted neck with an everted rim. The body is decorated with three incised foliated dragon medallions under the lemon-yellow glaze. Waterpots of this form are known as Taibai Zun. Qing dynasty. Bears a Kangxi six-character mark in underglaze blue and of the period, 1662-1722.
