A total of three documents. First. Soviet college graduation diploma, issued to Alexander Kostenko by the Kharkiv Automobile College in 1939. The document contains the handwritten grading of the graduate and his photo attached in the upper left. Second. An envelope with two Soviet stamps and an inscription in French: To the Director of the International Telecommunication Union, Bern, Switzerland. Sent from Moscow. Third. An antique pre-Revolution photograph of a Ukrainian man with a beard. The photo was taken in Ekaterinoslav, today's Dnipro. Antique Vintage Russian, Ukranian Soviet Paper Rarities.
