A set of two George Duncan and Sons manner pressed glass compote dishes. Each ware is adorned with a figural body featuring a relief Three Faces pattern. Unmarked. Circa: Mid 20th century. George Duncan and Sons, 1874 to 1892, glass factory was founded in 1874 in Southside Pittsburgh and was a partnership of George Duncan, his two sons Harry B. and James E. Sr. and Georges son in law Augustus H. Heisey. Their signature patterns, known by some as Early Duncan Glassware include Ribbon, Three Face, Japanese, Shell and Tassel, Cottage, Ellrose, Zippered Block, Gonterman, and Snail, but there were many more. Vintage and Modern Pressed Glass Table and Desk Wares, Home Decor, Interior Design, and Collectibles.
