A WWII Nazi German Condor Legion Tank Badge in silver. The badge consists of an oval wreath of oak leaves containing a skull and crossbones above a representation of a German Panzer I tank. The skull and crossbones are derived from the cap insignia of the tank troops of Legion Condor. The design is similar to the Tank Memorial Badge awarded to tank crews who served in World War I. Has a pin back with an integral hinge and catch. Complete with an award certificate issued in the name of Helmut Kahler and dated 1940.
