A pair of large symmetrical Japanese enamel over brass vases. The amphora shaped vases are covered with polychrome medallions depicting a Phoenix bird, and a pair of kids, surrounded by floral, and foliage motifs made in the Cloisonne technique. The neck and the base are decorated with a mesh pattern made in the same technique. The ground is inlaid with Goldstone. Circa: the first half of the 20th century.
