A Russian 84 Silver and enamel picture frame dedicated to The Romanov Tercentenary, a country wide celebration, marked in the Russian Empire from February 1913, in celebration of the ruling House of Romanov. The frame is adorned with engraved foliage and scrollwork motifs, covered with enamel in a red shade, and a relief image of a double headed Imperial eagle in the corners. The ware features a figural image of an Imperial crown with a flower in a wreath, on the top. the frame is decorated with relief inscriptions dated, 1613, 1913, encrusted with Diamonds. Marked with a standard Russian Silver hallmark, and a Cyrillic mark, on the backside. Presented with a printed portrait of a woman. Completed with a case, marked inside. Total weight: 450 g.
