Model created by Friedrich Elias Meyer around 1755. From the series Musician and Dancer, Musiker und Tanzer. Crossed swords hallmark, embossed mark 2306, painted mark 11 are on the bottom of the item. Fine detail work, gilt accents. Friedrich Elias Meyer, 1723 to 1785, was a German sculptor who worked for at Meissen Porcelain Factory from 1748, and later at the Berlin Porcelain Factory since 1761.
