A late 19th to early 20th century sterling silver vase by Bailey Banks and Biddle, an American company based in Philadelphia. Tall taper vase raised on three feet. Wide flat rim garnished with embossed floral decor. The body is engraved with stylized initials ESS. Sterling 691, The Bailey Banks and Biddle Company, 925-1000 marks are on the bottom.
