An antique Royal Vienna hand painted porcelain plate. The plate is adorned with a hand painted scene in the center and medallions on borders depicting the Allegory of Music. Signed by the artist, A. Buresch, lower right. The borders of the plate are adorned with gilded ornaments and a colorful floral motif. Titled, Music, and marked with an underglaze blue ink mark, on the backside. Circa: Mid to the late 19th century. Anton Buresch, 1876 to 1960, was an Austrian artist and sculptor, known for landscapes and genre scenes.
