A Russian gilt silver trinket or pill box. Oval shape, hinged lid set with polished marble. The box is garnished with floral cloisonne enamel decor. A One Ruble coin with the last Russian emperor Nicholas II is set in the center of the cover. Hallmark of 88 silver standard is on the rim, makers marks are on the bottom. Total Weight: 168 grams.
