A mid-20th century English cast brass menorah. The footed base supports seven candle holders and a plaque with an embossed depiction of two lions and menorah. Marked S. Sheffield Plate on the bottom. Sheffield plate is a layered combination of silver and copper, a technique which was invented by Thomas Boulsover of Sheffields Cutlers Company in 1743.
